Sambo Grappling Lessons, Courtesy of Expertvillage.com

Sambo, for those of you who don't know, is a Russian Grappling system, and is actually a form of Mixed Martial Arts in the sense that they pieced together parts of different grappling arts, most noticeably Greco-Roman Wrestling, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, and in some forms, even Aikido.

Sambosteve of the Bullshido forums, aka Stephen R. Koepfer, is the President and Co-founder of the American Sambo Association, and teaches at his school, New York Combat Sambo.
