The Homemade "300" Bodyweight Workout

The 300 Workout

I know that there's a million of these "300 Spartan Workout" videos around, but finally found one that I like.

I'm personally one of those people who believe in bodyweight/band-resistance training over machine workouts- honestly, for Martial Arts, being able to throw your own body weight around is more important than making sure you're isolating your biceps on the curling machine.

If you're one of those who don't have a gym to go to/don't want to pay fees, this workout definitely has the answer for you.
Please, no bitching about how hard it is, or how your Advanced Pilates class is better.
