Bruce Lee vs. Bob Wall (Lee vs. O'hara, Enter the Dragon)

I consider this to be one of my favorite Bruce Lee fight scenes of all time-

One thing to point out- I know a lot of Chunners (Wing Chun) who love trying to demonstrate the first series of basic trapping movements shown by Lee. However, knowing how to do that does not mean you know how to fight. If you are a practitioner of WC and can't execute a move like that without relying on a static beginning position shown in the scene, you don't have a technique, you have a parlor trick.

It's a movie- you want your style to actually work for you and not force you to be considered a pussy by the rest of the Martial Arts Community? Train hard, spar in an alive manner, and for christ's sakes, stop being so defensive about your style. When it's been shown time and time again that the majority of your peers just aren't as good as they say they are, it's up to you to show others that you yourself are not a failure, and that they shouldn't just brush you off for being a practitioner of a style that is generally considered useless these days, ranked just above Kiddy Krotty and Ninjitsu.

I would love to go on and on about all the logical fallicies of Chunners who started the art because of Bruce Lee, and maintain that WC is the dominant base of Jeet Kune Do, but that's for another time.

Enjoy the clip anyway.
