Submissions101: Triangle Escape

Continuing off the armbar escape yesterday, here is the triangle escape, by Submissions101:

1) Drive the elbow of your trapped arm to the mat

2) Grab the knee around your neck with both arms

3) Stack, and drive forward, breaking your opponent's figure four

4) Tuck your inside arm in and avoid the potential armbar coming your way

I actually just recently learned a triangle escape by posturing up and stepping by the person's head and turning it into an ankle lock.

I can't explain it too good, but it was definitely an interesting Triangle escape.

Maintaining good posture in the guard is probably the best way to avoid geting triangled in the first place-

I'll see if I can find the escape that you're talking about somewhere.
