Shinya Aoki Grappling Techniques Series 2 (Download)

Hey guys- I've finally got my internet set up, and with the school semester starting I'm excited to start again. Unfortunately, since my schedule will be so hectic from now on (Engineering student) posts will be a bit more sporadic than before. I am happy to say that the new apartment is nice (after some sprucing up) and christened (aka, 3 parties and 10 handles over with), the semester is looking good, and I am still healthy.

Without further ado, today post:

Below are links to download-

You guys already know that Aoki is always a favorite on this blog, and when someone sent me these links, I couldn't not share them with you guys.

In these series, Shinya Aoki goes over:

1) Chokes from the front: Includes guillotines, spinning chokes, counters, etc
2) World: This is a new choke that Aoki has developed. Includes detailed instruction and variations.
3) Guillotines
4) Chokes from the mount

Enjoy!

Thank you so much, I have only one question (TDK line) Do I need the Vol 1 to understand this one or there"s no problem with that.

You don't need Vol 1, but there are no subtitles, so you'll probably need to watch it real carefully if you don't understand something :)

unfortunately, the hard drive with my copies is in storage right now, so I won't be able to access them for a while-

I'll try to get them up again, but in the meantime, I do believe you can find many clips from that DVD on youtube.
