I got inspired by the neck training with the weights that Doug did in part 3, so I did the same. My neck is in so much pain right now. On fire. I am so stupid.
That being said, this was another great Fight Quest episode. This episode, if nothing else, showed me that I have a lot to work on in terms of the Muay Thai Clinch.

Man i Love Fight Quest! i watched them all in a row a couple weekends back. I was really blown away so i bought the series and shipped them to my wife's Grandfather (who is an old school Judo blackbelt). He called me a couple days after and thanked me.
...but yeah. it's a great show. can't wait to see if there's a season 2
Actually, this was the first episode of the 2nd season, i believe.

although there are only 3 episodes in season two but these are included in the dvd set.
so i guess i can't wait to see if there's a season 2.5

It was certainly interesting for me to read this post. Thank author for it. I like such themes and everything that is connected to this matter. I definitely want to read a bit more on that blog soon.
